Shipping policy
Every item is made to order. Your order is printed after you buy it, so delivery has two parts: production and shipping.
- Production (printing and packing): about 2–7 business days
- Shipping after it leaves production: about 2–5 business days
- Estimated total: about 4–12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Production and carrier times can run longer during holidays, peak season, and bad weather. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
- Where we ship: United States addresses only for now.
- Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
- Multiple items: items in one order may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking email as soon as each package ships.
- Ordering for a date (a promotion, retirement, holiday, or birthday): please order at least 3 weeks ahead.
- Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the new shipping cost is yours.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you can't find it, email guardiancode@promtproapp.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Sales tax: Florida sales tax (plus any county surtax) is added at checkout on orders shipped to Florida addresses, and other states' tax is added where required.
